Program Notes

Welcome to Eugostavia, a place where genetically-modified food has come to life! Potato-chip brothers Chipman and Chipler turn against each other in attempt to run rival costume emporiums. The ever-wise Fortune Cookie has plans of his own for the two brothers, and sends the hapless Biscuit Boy to survey the situation.
